"You cannot call ahead and place your order if you?re paying with cash (understandable) but a serious bummer if you?re trying to avoid the wait times at this place. I?ve also found that if you order ahead online or over the phone they tend to underestimate their wait times which leads to multiple people gathered inside waiting for orders that aren?t ready in time. The interior of this location is dated, sad, and just overall uninviting and needing some TLC. Customer service is basic, not necessarily friendly or exceptional but totally fine for just placing an order to go. Food is hit or miss, sometimes our burgers are good, sometimes they?re over cooked or soggy. We will make the extra drive to five guys in the future? UPDATE: Would give 0 stars if possible. We decided to give it another try and were fully disappointed. Staff is miserable and the food and service truly show it. Our food was cold and burned, fries were soggy and cold. This place has become a joke and you can count on it for bad service and food every time. I hope the owner sees the countless reviews and does something to fix it, because we used to love visiting this place!"

"I came to this restaurant on 06/04/2022 around 3:00pm-3:15 pm. I ordered the Mama Mia sandwich and 3 slices of pizza. The person that took my order was a white male with a tattoo sleeve on his right arm (I don?t know his name which is why I am describing him). The guy proceeds to go make the sandwich after working the register. He did not wash his hands and he did not put on gloves. The guy grabbed the bread, then the meat ball and sliced the meat. Then he dug his hand in the red pepper and green pepper jar and placed them on the sandwich. Then he opened the ricotta cheese jar and scooped the ricotta with his bare hand and placed it onto the sandwich and assembled the sandwich and put it in the oven. Next he got the 3 pizza slices with his bare hand not using any utensil and put those in the oven as well. A white man came in and order a couple of slices of pizza and what do you know he put on gloves and got that guy?s pizza. I canceled my order because that was so disgusting like I?ve never ever experienced something like that in my life. NASTY!"

"Y'all, you HAVE GOT to try the Fiesta Pizza. It's the perfect combo of Taco and Pizza, without being too greasy. The bean and cheese blend? [Chefs kiss] it all just falls together like carne asada belongs on a bread crust. And the toppings? Simple. Elegant. The salsa and jalapeños? Just enough to heat up your mouth w/o burning a new portal to hell.I thought I ordered a pizza, but I received a masterwork the likes Salem has never before experienced. 100/10, 10 gajillion stars i will be having my next birthday here."
