"This was my 1st and my last visit to Papa Johns! As for the customer experience...there isn't any! The staff can't speak, can't look at you, can't... well create an experience. Staff coughing over food, poor hygiene control and poor manners. People waiting for food for ages, and even they saw their names on the boxes kept under a hot lamp until a member of staff decided they would now give the food out! Let's talk about the pizza, it is nice, with the hope no one coughed over it, but where in earth is the topping!!! Are you for real with the portion control?! Everyone might as well just have a margarita! So as I said, never again, I expected better. And the staff member with a cough, cover your mouth or wear a mask and don't cough over food!"
