"Awful experience, we call for a delivery, after 1 hour 30 minutes and nothing we call back, the manager said that is not order under my name , but they charged my card. They offer me to do another order pay again and wait another at least 45 minutes for delivery and put a dispute on my first other order because they use a call center sometimes and they don't have control over that. I have to call the call center complain so my first order and payment be reimbursed. Finally no dinner awful service and experience never again. I will call local places not this food chain with rude service."

"Service was good, pizza arrived fast. if I were only rating service, this would be five stars. the pizza was so salty that it ruined the taste. I don't know if it's the extra spicy, or maybe the kind of cheese, but the amount of salt was so exaggerated. it was a terrible taste that lingered. also, the heartroom needs a thorough deep cleaning!"

"Used to love this place now more often then not something goes wrong. Broken machine, no wifi to download their choosen rewards app and wouldn't take my card missing 1 of the 24 punches. Then today the flavor I wanted was down so I had to buy quarts and couldn't earn rewards on the $45 worth of icecream."
