"I visited there last night just as the staff person was locking the door. As I turned to walk away, she opened the door and said, 'I don 't mind serving you '. I was surprised and told her I 'd appreciate that as I was anticipating a takeout from there for my late supper. The staff person, named Lesley, was polite and unrushed even though she was just about to close and my order caused her another 7-8 minutes of time. What a delight and to be honest, it challenged my often negative work ethic of so many of our young people. Thank you, Lesley, Pita Pit is lucky to have you!"

"My friend and I are visiting NL from BC. We each just had a bowl at the Avalon mall location. We were really pleased friendly, fast staff made us each a bowl with our choices (we actually both had the vegan grounds for a protein could not tell that it was not meat, had great texture) and fresh toppings and sauces. So good!! Thanks"

"I found it looked great but tasted kinda bland. The potatoes weren't very tasty when I was here. Ziggy's fry truck was better, but without the fancy toppings. Can't have good poutine on bland fries."

"Some people complain about this place but they don't hide what they are, and are great at it. Where else can you get a slice of pizza at 2am on a Wednesday. It's like the best cafeteria pizza you've ever had, it hits the spot when you need it most."

"Few weeks ago my family had covid and didn't feel like cooking so we ordered pizza from here for delivery. The pizza arrived and when I grabbed a slice I was greeted with a nice and thick strand of hair from someone else's head. Needless to say we didn't eat the pizza and wasted money. I called the following day and spoke to a woman who said she's had this problem before and that she's told the other workers they need to keep their hair tied back but I guess they don't? The woman I spoke with was very kind and offered me a replacement pizza but I was pretty turned from pizza after the hair so I never did go back and get one. She also said she would have the manager call me about it..... still have yet to receive a call. I've lived around the corner from them for years, now I remember why I never get pizza from here lol."
