"Placed an order for 2 pizza's and a salad- a bit pricy but always want to support local small business. Was told 25 mins. Arrived after 25 mins and was told it would be 5 mins- paid by credit card and stepped out and came back a few minutes later. I was told it was still going to be 10-15. Restaurant had no more than 6-7 customers. I decided to sit at the bar and wait and was completely ignored by staff- after another 25 mins I asked about the status from the manager and overheard the cook say that he hadn't started the order. The manager then walked off with no apology, no explanation. There also was no attempt to provide customer service ( ie- we will rush the order, would you care for a drink.. Nothing!)I then cancelled my order and said I would go somewhere else- NO customer service was again provided ( ie so sorry, we are short staffed, our ovens broken, we are catering a huge group of invisible people..nothing!) Even though I paid with credit, The cook said that he had to give cash and he then pulled $60 out of his pocket and gave it to the manager (which is a whole other issue, handling money while cooking, but what do I know..) who then proceeded to attempt to get change from other staff in the restaurant... He even had the gall to not give me the exact amount (they technically still owe me .34). I was so appalled that I just walked out. Waits and mix ups happen- that's not what made it appalling- it was the wait with no customer service that will ensure that I never go back to this place. Very disappointing!"

"Up until this point, I have always liked Relish and because of this I will mention that they don't use a standard veggie patty which is nice. Their burger presnetation is nice but messy to eat. However, today I was surprized to find extra salt on my fries. I would have liked just plain fries. This place is a neat treat to have when wanting a unique veggie burger."

"When to lunch with staff. This is the nearest Ramenplatz in St. Paul's Hospital. Price is reasonable. Service is fast. And there are Sanitizers for every table. Not too full. Love her karaage"

"Not my choice for poke, would not recommend this place, especially with so many great poke options in Vancouver! I took my boyfriend here because we didn't want to go into downtown, I was really disappointed because it was his first poke experience, and they were really stinjy with their portions and toppings. They only give you 3 or 4 toppings for free, they charge for extras that should be basic and barely give you a scoop of tuna/salmon. The server actually filled a scoop up and took some out of it because it seemed too full... okay? Luckily I took my bf to the Poke Guy on Richards and now he knows why I'm obsessed with poke!My advice: walk/drive/bike the few extra mins to the Poke Guy on Richards, unlimited toppings, generous scoops... you won't be disappointed!!"
