"It hurts writing subpar reviews for halal establishments as we need to do our part to support them but this one was a poor experience which needs to be shared.We came for my father’s birthday here last month were very excited. The menu is incredibly loaded with options. After our party of 5, were seated we asked for water. The waiter came back with 4 glasses of water 4 sets of cutlery. We reminded him he said he’d bring out the missing items (he didn’t until the busboy brought out the first dish).They sent our dessert before the entrees (we ordered pizza) then somehow sent out the last dish we ordered first. It didn’t make any sense when we asked the waiter, he brought over his manager who tried to explain that their kitchen works on whatever item gets to them first they don’t hold items back which makes sense from a kitchen’s perspective but not from an ordering/Waiter’s perspective. If that was the case, we should have ordered entrees, ate then ordered Dessert but that wasn’t communicated to us.As for the food, the desserts were what you’d expect from a Demetres level establishment but the entrees were subpar. The butter chicken poutine is tandoori chicken on a bed of fries nothing more.Overall, it was a very poor experience but I hope they can get better because we need more Halal spots!"

"I used to get pizzas from this place until one day I realized the filthy and unhygienic practices by tge pizza makers.The guy who makes the pizza came from outside.picking up his daughter from school. I saw him park his car, touch the door from his bare hands and straight went inside and started making the pizza and touching the food items without washing his hands.It was disgusting and I did mention to him how he can touch the food without washing his hands and his reply was more disgusting. He said everything that goes into the oven burns all the germs.Who nose how long he was out and what he touched or pulled buggers from his nose or itched his ears .Since that day I never even think of going to this place for any food items."

"Best quality and refreshing. First time tried this location but definitely worth visiting. The packaging was superb n easy to handle. Definitely trying more stuff on next visit. Visited more than 10 bubble tea shop in last year but this one is one of the best i know so far. Little friendliness will make the store perfect as not fully satisfied with staff nature but product 10 out of 10 n that’s y 5 star."

"This location has the worst garlic bread ever. I couldn’t taste any garlic at all.Hello it’s called garlic bread for a reason. Plus their pizza taste so dry, like it’s been sitting there for a week. Just a horrible location to order food and the tables are always dirty.0/10"

"Came here for lunch on Taco Tuesday. Got the deal of 3 tacos. First off, the people were awesome friendly. They were helpful and attentive. The tacos are quite large in size and were very flavourful. There were many toppings to choose from and they were all fresh. Definite recommend!! Don’t forget to follow me!!"
