"Great tasting sandwiches! It would be nice to have the subs labeled and don't be so hesitant on adding more than 4 cucumber slices! Not here to hold that factor against anything because I come here for relatively quick service, friendly customer service, and the satisfaction of a good sandwich which I have found within this place the amount of times I have been coming here."

"Awful. Second time I’ve ordered from them. I’ve NEVER given a place lower than 3 stars before but this place literally took the cake.The food had literally gone bad, completely rotten. I said I’d bring it back and ask them just to take a smell and see if they would serve it to their family.The offered me 20% off my next order?!?!I said “absolutely not! You served me rotten food I want a refund”I fought and dealt with them for over 30 minutes before the finally agreed to give me a 50% refund and I have to come in to get it!!!!Absolutely trash don’t order from this location. There is one in grimsby and one in Hamilton do not waste your time here!!!Edit to this post:Love how the manager/owner has not responded to ANY of the multiple 1 star reviews. Head office should probably take a look at this."
