"This HotBox location is absolutely fantastic! As an operations manager, I used them for catering several times over the holiday season and they exceeded my expectations every time! Marketing Director Jorge worked with me to accommodate employee dietary restrictions and odd drop off requests over Black Friday weekend. They even included plates, napkins and individually portioned out the cheese sauce so each employee could have his or her own. The excellent pizza was accompanied with exceptional communication throughout all of my orders. The food was fantastic, but the service I received from Jorge and every other HotBox employee I encountered was even better. I will continue to use this location for all of my pizza needs!"

"Every day the service is worse and check they have ordered to go! My wife phoned last Friday and ordered two pizzas?. When she arrived 40 minutes after ordering them, she was told that she had to wait another 30 minutes, accepting the situation. Once shewas delivered the two pizzas, she saw that the weight of the boxes was very light and she proceeded to check before leaving theplace. Read the story, the very small pizzas, the burnt cauliflower dough and to add insult to injury, it almost had noingredients!!! crazy my readers! payment for some inedible pizzas. ? The worst, the old woman was upset because she demandedthat they give her back the money! We will never go back and I do not recommend them!"

"Good food overall came from New York where the pizza is amazing but for Indiana this is some real good pizza. My personal recommandations is the Cheezybread and there Pizza with pineapple on it.They also give coupons on every box for your next order. I do have one complaint tho which is that on a pie I ordered double pineapple on had like nothing on it you would get 3 slices of pineapple a slice with double pineapple so my one complaint is the toppings are lacking."

"Had high hopes for this place.... heard great things.... but it fell flat on its face. Pizzas undercooked, almost raw in the middle had to cook it longer in the oven The balsamic pie was a joke. Small diced tomatoes, maybe 2 leaves of Basil and diced cheese... it was so bad that the balsamic drizzle just poured off, and it ended up being just a plain pizza crust with a couple of tomato pieces on it. The pepperoni pie was so covered in grease the kids didn't want any.... and the dough was so undercooked that you could barely cut pieces off to put in the oven. Will not go back, and that's sad because we've heard so many good things about this place."
