"This was my first time coming here and I was not disappointed! The service was great! Everyone was very welcoming. The space is small but we were able to snag a table for two upon walking in. We didn't have a specific waiter but that was ok because everyone that came up to our table was really nice. I ordered the Carnegie which was Pastrami, melted Swiss and spicy mustard on rye bread. The meat was delicious and the bread was toasted to perfection. I upgraded to fries (3.75 I believe) and the were so good! I love fresh cut fries. Their fresh squeezed lemonade was so refreshing. Someone brought by their homemade Russian dressing and the spicy version was tasty and had great heat to it. The overall space reminded me of some of the deli spots you'd find in New York, which I thought was a nice touch. I didn't see the space upstairs but I highly recommend getting there early if you have a larger group. Other than that I think this spot is perfect for a quick bite because we didn't have to wait long at all for our food to come out. I can't wait to go back and try something new! Everything those waiters were bringing out looked delicious!"

"At Republic, you can select 3 different types of dining experiences. For a more family-friendly/business meeting, you can dine inside. Cocktail tables are available next to the bar area for anyone interested in enjoying drinks and appetizers. For a fun date night or a party with friends, you should dine outside in the patio on a Saturday night! The live music is great for dancing and singing-along! I tried the Salmon Avocado. It is grilled salmon on a bed of cilantro rice, topped with a creamy sauce of avocado, cilantro, tomato, onion and parmesan cheese, served with vegetables. It is so delicious! You can never go wrong with a cocktail at Republic! The Peach Blossom is a classic! Peaches and blueberries infuse the wine perfectly! The Serrano Margarita is refreshing with a slight kick of the chile. So good! I forgot to take a picture of the Olive Cocktail. It is off-menu, but you can request it! It is green olives in clamato, salsa Maggy and tequila with Tajin on the rim. It is perfect to eat/drink while enjoying your drink and listening to the music."

"The ambience is very nice. This is a little more of an upscale restaurant. It?s clean and pretty inside and on outside they have a cute pond with ducks and duck food you can buy to feed them. The Service was great. The food was just ok. He ordered fajitas and it didn?t come with any garnish. I ordered the tortilla soup and wasn?t really impressed. When I finally got to the table the tortillas in the soup were already pretty soggy like it had been sitting for a bit . It?s anice place though, the food wasn?t great but it wasn?t terrible. We would go back again."

"The atmosphere was great.The service was great and I ordered the half rack of ribs but the ribs needed more flavor and it was a little bit dry so I wouldn't recommend it but other than that it was good."

"My first time was here today, but it won't be my last. val, the server, recommended the pecan flavored coffee together with the omelette. it was so good. while my friend and I waited for our food, I initiated small talks with val on the menu on lunch. without asking him, he rehearsed her homemade suppenna. I thought that was a nice gesture. we have tasted hummerbisque, broccoli and cheese, potato soup, chicken noodle and my favorite chicken tortilla suppe. I recommend this place for both service and for eating!"
