"I just spent 40 bucks on dinner here but I might end up just throwing it away. I walked in to place an order and immediately noticed an employee who appeared to be on her break with a personal drink item in hand WITH HER FOOD SERVICE GLOVES ON. I observed the same employee place her drink underneath the food service counter, move her hair from her face, and touch her face all while wearing her gloves. She then proceeded to touch and prepare food (specifically side salads) for other people. I addressed the issue to the staff working behind the counter and they all looked at me like I was making an issue out of a non issue. If the rest of that team doesn?t understand that that is a problem, I have zero confidence that food safety standards are being followed overall. This isn?t a hole in the wall food truck . I use to work food service and I know what flys and what doesn?t that?s gross Very disappointed ?"

"First time at this restaurant, during the COVID-19 pandemic, so our order was a take out one. I had a Groupon for this place, which is a great way to try out new restaurants. The menu is limited, but what they have is great and all ingredients are fresh. We ordered the enchiladas verdes plato, which is 4 enchiladas stuffed with chicken and cheese in a green sauce. Loved this dish, but would have enjoyed having some rice and beans on the side. At 12 though, this is a bargain. Also got the chile relleno, a stuffed polbano pepper with cheese and veggies. This dish does come with yellow rice and beans (I chose black beans). A 10 bargain, and all was fresh and delicious. For an appetizer, we chose an unusual one for a Mexican restaurant. Brussels sprouts with chorizo, almonds and truffle oil. Unusual, but very good. Overall, we were very satisfied with the quality of the food and the prices. A Groupon is a nice way to try out new places and I will say that we will definitely go back to this one!"
