"Service was poor. Waited 15 minutes before our waitress came. Didn’t see her for long periods of time while we were there, and the restaurant wasn’t even packed. Took forever for drinks to come out and we were there for over an hour before we even got to order food. Tacos were great even though it took over 30 minutes to get them. Queso wasn’t very good. Will not be returning to this restaurant."

"The beef is so CHEWY, TOUGH, the seasoning is gritty. I used to enjoy the burrito bowl, double steak. I don't plan on going back. The guacamole is great. Staff friendly. But I go for the food first...and it's not up to par."

"Ordered on the app...”Sofritas, Brown Rice, Black Beans, Fajita Veggies, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Guacamole Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa”... everything was accurate except all CHEESE above, under the Guac that I did not want or order or eat. Very frustrating, but I still like Chipotle. This hasn't happened to me today. I'm going to let them be redeemed."

"My husband and I took our 5yo to our first PTA fundraiser here tonight. The staff working tonight are AMAZING! They delivered delicious food and exemplary service despite the mad rush and noise levels on par with a raucous nightclub. Everyone was friendly and professional and I have nothing but admiration for this team!"

"Used to come here every week. They made me try to order online last time I came in and the app wouldn 't allow me to for 40 minutes by the time I got all my card info out it, the girl working the line was super rude. You also can 't order a drink online so I would 've had to make 2 separate purchases even if their garbage new rule worked. Manager was super unhelpful and had no business managing and just kept telling me why I can 't order it now. so I walked out and won 't ever be back. Mind you I was the ONLY person in line while they had me download their app. Wild you can 't just walk in and order food without an app. And super bummed cause this place was a staple for us."

"There were not many people there, so we had great, attentive service. the margaritas were excellent and well done. eating was very good, all in our party were happy. the service was all we wanted. it was very empty at the time, so I'm sure it helped."

"I am staying at the Omni Hotel. Due to requirements for travelling back to Canada, I was too late to attend the conference dinner so I was on my own. I went to Cafe Herrera, attached to the hotel property. The place was nice. I was greeted and seated quickly. But the seat was under a vent, and the air conditioner was on and it was cold outside. I had to leave on my coat and hat to stay warm. Half the servers wore masks and half did not wear any face covering and one waitress wore a mask covering only her mouth. The three chefs all wore masks under their chin, or none at all. But the food was really good. I had Frijole (bean) Sopa (soup) and Shrimp (Camarone) Enchilada. Tasty, filling, well priced. I likely won't be returning any time soon."
