"We enjoyed this place 2 times on our stay as we stayed next door at Borgata Lodge. You can sit inside and stay cool on the hot days or sit outside with a view of the golf academy or Bear 18th hole, Good food, cold...beer and great service. Will return !"

"Love this place new to Kelowna .WE went to a couple of other Pubs but this is our favourite how can you go wrong nice pub atmosphere and very decent food Now if your looking for Gourmet go somewhere else......but all of there food is pretty good.....ITS PUB FOODWednesday is Wing Night 30c .they are some of the best wings we have had in Kelowna others are slimyPoutine Fries , Potato Skins, Burgers , are all good choices"

"As someone who is not only celiac but also has serious food allergies, I'm generally really particular about where I go for food. When we called ahead to ask about gluten free options what we were told gave us the impression that this was a new Mexican grill restaurant, a sit down and order from the menu type of place. We were not expecting the Mexican version of subway at all yet that is what it is. When figuring out what I wanted to order I noticed there were lot's of different options available which is a really nice change from the normally limited amount I can choose from at other establishments. However while observing the line where orders are made, I noticed that there are many points of cross contamination, between gluten and gluten free options, and also a high risk of cross contamination between other foods offered (I'm severely allergic to avocado and the guacamole was handled in a way that made me personally nervous about the potential for it to inadvertently end up in my food).For that reason I chose not to order from them and instead wait until I was home at the end of the night to eat. However another of my group who is also celiac did order and observing the ordeal she went through to get food that was safe for her to eat was painful. It took almost 20 minutes for her to get 3 tacos and meanwhile a large line up formed behind her. In the end she did enjoy the food and those in our group who did not have to worry about cross contamination also said their food was very good.Personally I don't think the potential risk of being sick for two days or having to go to the ER because of cross contaminated food is worth taking. For that reason I wont be returning here again.I understand they are a new establishment, and I hope they learn to recognize cross contamination issues and address the problems so they can limit or prevent such occurrences from happening. I think some basic training in understanding what is/isn't gluten free and getting a system in place for handling gluten free orders would go a long way to opening up this restaurant as an option for celiac/gluten intolerant people."
