"When I go for ribs, anywhere, I have three things to look for; how well they're cooked, how meaty they are and the flavour. Lone Star is at the top in each category and every one of my 9 experiences has been as such. My first time at Lone Star was at the Front Street Location, though that appears to have been closed down (sadly; was the best one). Since then, the Richmond Hill location will do.The first time I ate the ribs, I could not believe how well they were cooked; perfect, fall-off-the-bone and not over/under cooked. They ar ealso the meatiest (back)! ribs I have ever eaten in a restaurant and they are sauced absolutely perfectly. Every meal is a treat.I have also had fajitas, quesadillas and had part of a sandwich and each was absolutely delicious. Add to this, a friendly and attentive staff, Lone Star has always been one of my favourite restaurants I've ever been to."
