"Went to Quesada Welland. The server didn't indicate the peppers were hot and my guest thought they were green peppers when in fact they were jalapeno. I heard her say peppers, not referring to hot or jalapeno. The girl i was with cannot eat hot and wouldn't have made this error. We told the girl and the owner. They decided to circle the wagons and deny us anything. No fresh burrito minus the peppers. He was mad at us and we got into an argument. I couldn't believe he risked losing a repeat customer over a mistake. He chose to discontinue us as customers. Their burritos are fair at best but the only shop in Welland. Hopefully Burrito Boyz from St. Catharines locates in Welland so Quesada and their terrible owners and service can move somewhere else. We asked another Quesada about this and they said if anyone is unhappy they just make another burrito to resolve the problem. The manager and staff of Welland never offered this. Disgusting."
