"WORST restaurant experience of my life. After an hour of waiting for our food, we asked what the delay was. The waitress said that the owner went on vacation and they were a little short staffed. OK, but then after another 25 minutes of waiting, we asked when our food was going to be served. We were told maybe in 20 minutes since the to go orders were prioritized and we kept getting pushed to the bottom of the list (all excuses and unapologetic). Needless to say, we left without eating. Perhaps they aren't interested in serving out of town guests. Shame on you Starlite Lounge you should be embarrassed."

"Ok local place. As of December 2021 they recently reopened. Still in the process of getting kitchen going again. They had good food before they had to close during the apocalypse. Hopfully it will be the same again."

"Too bad about the fish, because other than that, this simple vegetarian cafe is pretty awesome. Their chicken and other veg meats are all vegan, so any kind of sandwich that doesn't have cheese is vegan, unless it's fish. Again. Really. Too bad about that fish, huh? Places like this are important for Pittsburgh. It's really just an unassuming Jewish deli kind of a place, but it also happens to be vegetarian. While sitting in there, all kinds of different people from all walks of life came in and got food. They were playing Fox News, oy vey. I really liked the counter person. I got the impression this is a family place."

"A little disappointing after reading all the reviews. I got the junior with sardines and mushrooms. Service was fast, cheap, and pizza was fresh but the overall taste was lacking. Cheese didn't really taste of anything but salt and stretchy goo, sauce was very thin unnoticeable, and crust was a very thick, unseasoned loaf. The ambiance was super chill though with the sports memorabilia, wooden panels, and old Italian guy felt very nostalgic in a neighborhood joint way. Best pizza in Oakland but that isn't saying much considering how out of the way the place is to begin with."
