"I always try to give this location a second chance and it never turns out. I would only go for convenience of location and have been disappointed every time. This last time was just yesterday.. I ordered WELL BEFORE closing, it was slow at the restaurant so no mistakes should have been made. My side of queso was thrown into my to-go bag and the lid wasn 't properly sealed. I paid way to much to have everything plastic lathered in dip, as well as my car seats.. I asked for extra lettuce on my burrito, they didn 't put ANY in my burrito tray and gave me skimpy lettuce in a small plastic sauce cup. Thankfully, they got the burrito right this time."

"I normally have a great experience at this location but today I was more than disappointed. For starters I placed an online order and had to wait an extra 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup time for my meal. Then I had to remind the employees that I had purchased a drink. This was particularly upsetting because at this time there were clusters of employees laughing and goofing off. I figured you know what it's fine I can wait and it's human error to forget the drink. I get home and start to eat only to realize MY RICE WAS UNDERCOOKED. It was actually crunchy and inedible. I couldn't even get more than a few bites in. Nobody likes hard undercooked rice. I didn't have time to go back to the store especially after another 30 minutes of my time had been wasted waiting there. The purpose of the online pickup is that it is supposed to be efficient and it was not and then on top of everything I didn't even get the meal I payed for. I got something that was inedible and unacceptable. Not planning on going back to this location anytime soon as I'm not trying to waste any more time and money on undercooked food and unpredictable takeout services. The only reason this place has one star now is because I actually loved my pumpkin horchata drink."
