"Had heard many great things about Ann Marie's so maybe I had a higher level of expectations, and couldn't ascertain what the big deal was , food was average, the server was great, setting was old skool chic, but over all , just average, many other options that surpass Ann Maries, not my cup of tea, probably was expecting more from the food...."

"We were so impressed with the variety offered on the menu at this Dutch Pannekoek House. It was difficult to make a choice ! We tried the apple cinnamon pannekoek, and though the taste was great, it was under cooked (very gooey). Service was borderline abrasive. The other dish with brie had fungus on the cheese. The staff was convinced it was caused by 'the wrapper on the whole piece of brie" however this was not convincing. No apology was offered and the manner in which the complaint was handled was abrupt bordering on rude. A large amount of raw red onion was added to the sandwich instead of caramelized, very unappetizing. Sorry Dutch Pannekoek House, we will not visit your location again."

"My family and I pick up their Tuesday special for Lasagne quite often. It's super delicious. The portion sizes are large and they are not cheap on sauce or cheese. The staff is also very friendly. I believe they are currently only open to participation, but do not quote me."

"The staffs are in their own world, very slow service. And if you donate to their charity then they serve you with a smile or they don't even want to look at you. Donation is $5.00 . The hot chocolate I ordered was very cold so I had to wait for them to arrive then asked them to heat it up. A woman customer is sitting there eating with a mask on her face . Lol ."

"I’ve been going to this restaurant for years. Sadly although the food is very good, the service is slipping. Seems the staff enjoys loudly socializing near the bar. Which if you are seated near the bar is very disruptive and irritating. Not sure why the...manager isn’t controlling this. Recently I was seated out on the patio and was abandoned for 15 minutes despite a number of attempts to be served. Once served I was given a dismissive apology and slow service. If it wasn’t for the high quality of the meals I would take a break from my weekly visit"

"Attended Jun for lunch, A male waiter came right away, believed the owner and handed me a menu. Ordered beef noodle soup, large bowl, and pop. Pop came right away, and big bowl of broth beef soup. I know this is Vietnamese menu...but they also have breakfast all day which I saw working people getting. The room just bare tiled, feel you are in part of a building as not much décor, high ceiling, sounds like a hall. I sat in a booth and table shorter than seats, kind of different. Soup hot freshly made but I thought very little noodles, and used to more. Lots of thin strips of beef easy to chew. I was not full, and large bowl was a little high for quantity. The credit card machine did not work well, old style to dial up and wait! I guess family run as female cook came out to talk. May try breakfast meal next time. Used to Chinese soups, this was not tasty. No music, basic. Happytravels."

"Amazingly fresh wonton. The wonton soup at Phoenix Diner is so delicious, fresh and full of perfectly steamed beautiful vegetables. The broth has a perfect flavor. The serving is generous.<br/>Other favorites are the lemon chicken and the v5 vermicelli with spring rolls....YUM!"
