"Been meaning to check The Bowgie for a while now. This beautiful spacious pub is located on the West Pentire Headland with views of Crantock Beach. It offers good general veggie options including ratatouie (vegan, cauliflower cheese and veggie burger. Not expansive options, but still delicious. However, if asked, they have provided more expansive options, including a few delicious vegan dishes. Would like to see vegan options more often, but very much welcomes the efforts they have done so far. Vegan options on local beers on tap would also be great (like Keltek Breweries Natural Magik, which is amazing! . This pub is known for its great scarf in Cornwall and is very popular, so it would love to see creative vegan/veggie options that also push the boundaries there."

"Fabulous little place! A real gem in the centre of Crantock. Exemplary customer service and something for their local contemporaries to aspire to! It was so good, we went 3 times. The coffee and cake during the day is excellent the Pizzas in the evening are outstanding. My only complaint...they are only open Thursday to Sunday . Icreally we had a jam jar in our town. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Recommended dishes: Garlic Pizza Bread with Mozarella"

"Absolutely beautiful licensed tea gardens! Been twice now in two days for their gin, elderflower cordial and tonic and Blackberry martini's. Have booked for next Saturday for dinner. Run by a local couple, their tea garden is only something I can describe as enchanting! We only came across this place walking the dog and what an absolute gem of a find! Highly recommend this place simply for the ambience, it's simply stunning!"
