"Update: Horrible service experience. My husband and I came back for the usual Sunday meal here. The manager sat us and got us coffee. Then we got a waitress with no name tag and no introduction. She took our orders and then were never checked on afterthat. My husband was waiting for a coffee refill for over 15 minuets. Eventually I asked a guy helping the table next to us forcoffee that did it. That's when I noticed our order sitting at the service window. I watched our waitress walk by it a few timesseating 3 groups in a 20 minute time span. Eventually the cook noticed no one had picked it up and he brought us our food. Hepassed our waitress who still paid no mind to us. When he went back for my soup she finally noticed us as he came back and triedto get mad at him for not giving me a spoon. No apology for the wait or lack of service. He was not the issue and should nothave had to step out of the kitchen but I'm thankful he did. We had no silverware at all. As she walked by us with silverwarethat was apparently not for us I had to stop her to ask for some. That was the last we talked with our waitress. The service wasa drastic change from last week with the stellar service I had last week. The food was still tasty even though it had cooleddown from being up in the service window so long. The cook that helped out and the fact that the food was still tasty are why Iput 2 stars. A week ago: I love coming here for my meal! Nina is the amazing waitress who I ask for everytime I come here.Service is incredible, food is always delicious, and piping hot. I come here at least once a week and I always walk away happierthan when I walked in. Thank you Nina and JBs!"
