"This place has some good food. We went to one in Colorado and were blown away by how good it was. We decided to come to this one just to try it again and we weren’t disappointed. Food was awesome. We tried the Maple and Black Pepper Glazed Bacon to start and it was really good. I will have to mention, it was a little on the cold side. Like the bacon was barely warm but it was still good. Then I tried the Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes. You can choose between 1 or 2 pancakes so I just went with 2. Those were definitely the star of the show for me. They were so delicious! Pancakes were perfect and the sauce was really good. The only thing I would say is that they definitely could have added more almond streusel. I feel like they barely added any. Besides that, food was great!In terms of the actual environment in the restaurant, it was meh. They did have a cool little Stockyards mural at the top. And seating was kinda limited for how busy this place seems to be. I definitely recommend trying to get in line through Yelp before going because more than likely, you will be waiting a very long time to get a table. One thing I disliked about this place was just how loud the music was. There was already a lot of noise with all the people chatting and what not but the music was making worse with how loud it was. I’m not one to say usually since I like my music loud but this was loud enough to make having conversations a little difficult.Getting to the service side of things, I was a little let down. We had a couple of interactions with the server and the manager and they just seem to have a very bland look and on their face as if they were not having a great day. We would say something and they kinda just look at you and not really say anything. Maybe it was the music. Maybe it wasn’t. Either way, it was very weird. Our server checked on us 1 time really and that was it. It was very slow-going service.Overall, I did enjoy this place but I doubt I will be coming back to this location. I will for sure go back to Snooze but it will have to be another one. I do recommend you come and try for yourself though!"

"They say they have the best chicken Fried Steak and THEY DO! My husband and I ate here for lunch today and were amazed. The chicken steak covers the plate and can be cut with a fork. We also ordered the Deep Fried Tamales and Seven Layer Dip with chips. The food and service were excellent!"

"I have found a new (to me) restaurant that I may have to go to several times a week. My first time this evening getting a to go dinner from 'THE OLD NEIGHBORHOOD GRILLE ' on Park Place in FW. All I can say is my chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, black-eyed peas, cream gravy and thick toasted bread (not white, more like rye but not) and warm apple pie was EXCELLENT. I even called the lady and told her. She said I made her day. Well, she made mine with good food, friendly conversation and a wonderfully full tummy. Home cooking and atmosphere that raises the bar for other places in town. And it 's close to work so I can easily run by and get to take home! I have to try the whole menu now. Y 'all should too."

"OMG. The food here was just great. The diner was exactly how you picture it in movies. Service was fast and super friendly. The chicken fried new york steak was very tender and seasoned perfectly, I cant wait to have it again. Monte Cristo and french toast were also great, warm syrup was brought to the table before the meal and again, the attentive service was excellent."

"Everything here is a 10/10 man, food delicious, the workers here are very nice and well mannered. The food is affordable and that food will fill you up! Best enchiladas I’ve had with some beans and rice. The workers are very hardworking people and very nice! Make sure to tip them for their hard work, i definitely recommend this place."
