"Loved the coffee and decor. It doesn't have a large seating area so would advise to get in early. We shared the chicken and pork bagel and it was decent."

"I took two friends for their birthdays. We were all looking forward to the HT but when the food was delivered to our table without any explanation or enthusiasm it was disappointing. Savoury comprised three dips for the bread, two of which were the same....Tasty but another dish variety could have been served. The cakes were delicious and the tea refreshing. Once our food was delivered we were forgotten about. We ate our cakes off our saucers so as not to mix sweet with the savoury of the tomato sauce on our plates. Quaint and quirkie it may be but welcoming not so."

"Here is a great little Italian Cafe right in the heart of Fremantle. In fact it's over the road from the Fremantle Town Hall, so it couldn't be more central. This city is famous for its Cappuccino Strip where all the fancy Italian restaurants are, but this one is geniune ''mama'' cooked cuisine. It's a bit undersung because it isn't lobbed in with all the other Italians on the strip but this one serves the genuine article and big serves to boot. The staff are very friendly and seem to go out of their way to be helpful. Decor not too flash, but hey! you don't have to eat the furniture. Good food at good prices."

"I've only been here for breakfasts but always liked it. It's nothing different or special but they do a decent and generous big breakfast with excellent bacon and perfectly crispy hash browns. Some of the waitresses could try smiling once in a while but at least the food is good."

"This place is incredible. Me and partner travel about 40 minutes just to enjoy a beautiful breakfast from here. The food is always amazing, the drinks are delicious and the staff are all very welcoming, polite and happy. Vanilla bean is definitely one of my favourite breakfasts spots."

"This is what I call a 'treasure place ' Family owned café, we were served by the owner herself, on essex street! Decor was beautiful- little eccentric with well thought details which is always better- and she told us a little bit about the building 's history.<br/>We took two flat whites, oh my very good, then we split a homemade veggie pastry and a veggie frittata! Savory and delicious. <br/>We loved the cozy feeling- you could hear the dishes cling, people chattering and the staff laughing"
