"Und wieder ein anderer Wirt und wieder nix !Wollten ein Dessert essen gehen.Die bestellten Coupes sind nicht mal der Gedanke eines Besuches dieser Absteige wert.Die Coupe Apricotine war aus überlagertem Sorbet angerichtet und so etwas von Fantasie und Lieblos......Auch der Aprikosenschnaps schmeckte nach, einfach bäh.Dass die Nachspeise unberührt zurück ging, hat niemanden interessiert.Und dass die Coupe Denmark nicht Fachgerecht mit Couvertüre oder ausgelassener Schokolade gemacht wurde, sondern nur mit Schoko- Toping aus der Tube, ist ja schon Frittenbude Niveau.Wann kommt denn der Kebab und Pizzakurier nach Boningen?Das Niveau ist schon beängstigend nahe dran!Von aussen ist es nicht wirklich einladend, weder eine Speisekarte im Aushang noch sind die Scheiben der Küche sauber.Das Plakat fängt draussen auch schon an Algen anzusetzen.Faszit: Wer nichts wird wird Wirt! im Sankt Urs Boningen!"
