"Food Hall is so hype! There's a newly opened one in SM MEGAMALL called MAKANSUTRA which caters mostly Singaporean Cuisines. Makansutra is a franchise from Singapore that celebrates and promotes food culture. At first sight, the place seems to look disorderly but thats the way it goes. The disorderly of the place creates good vibes and Asian feels. And you and your eyes will get used to it. I like the set-up. Specially the art in the wall. I experienced 3 food stalls when I visited Makansutra: 1. "On one weekend morning, I had breakfast here. I ordered Filipino breakfast - Angus Beef Tapa and lemonade. I was more than satisfied. It had a huge portion of beef tapa plus fried egg and garlic rice. Prices here are slightly expensive since they cater to a higher income bracket. Even so, order sizes are very generous. You'll get your money's worth!"

"Visited for a healthy lunch today. It was truly delicious. Everything was fresh and you could taste it was made in house. Top quality ingredients, they really know how to make the flavours sing off the plate. I was allured by the smell coming from the open kitchen after dropping kids off at mindchamls. I had one of their signature salads, house made kombucha (which is so hard to find in manila), house made cheese and bread (wish they served more Sourdough on the side). Servers were excellent and polite. You can tell its a clearly thoughtful menu, freshly made and delicious."

"Angel 's Kitchen 's small facade always intimidated me due to its lack of parking especially at night. So, two weeks ago, I decided to give this little nook a try after all, it was within the vicinity of San Juan where I usually hang out. We...tried their Taquitos it was presented well, very filling, good enough for at least 3 persons to share. A good starter and the white little condiment tray was a perfect fit to the presentation. Since I read on foursquare that there best seller is the Ostrich Salpicao, I decided to try this. It was no fail at all. Meat was tender. Fresh. Love the blend of garlic with the swirl of the meat. Of course like any 'salpicao ' style of cooking, it was too oily. Again, this dish was fit enough to share. My husband decided to taste their version of Salisbury Burger Steak. Wow, it was humongous! On a bed of mashed potatoes, the burger was as huge as the plate topped with sunny side up. Overall, it was a great lunch celebrating our anniversary. We didn 't have room for dessert anymore. Nevertheless, it 's something we look forward to in going."
