"I went into the Nerang subway on a Friday night. Was very busy so once I got up to the counter to do my order was greeted by a very rude young girl. I asked if I could use a voucher I had received and with a rude reply she said no and when I said oh why’s that she said that’s the Carrara store we are in Nerang and rolled her eyes. I brushed it off and started to tell her my order. I then noticed a big black hair in the teriyaki chicken so I told her it was there and asked if I could please have a different batch of chicken.. she grabbed it and threw it away and got another girl to finish off my order as she obviously didn’t want to continue with it. Not so much as an apology! I was taken back by how rude all the 3 young girls that had been working that night all were. No apology or acknowledgement just rolled eyes and crappy attitude. Plus the subs that we got were not nice at all!! Will not go back or recommend"

"We love the stunning views from this cafe. The service is extremely friendly, the coffee is pretty good too. Unfortunately we received pretty poor cheese and tomato toasties, there was a virtual absence of cheese served on cheap white toast. Shame because the hot chips were pretty tasty. We will definitely be back though, for the coffee and views!"
