"People should be served (not just the food, but the entire experience) in the order in which they are seated in your area. A couple of minutes after I was seated, another couple was seated behind me. My server took their drink order, brought their drinks, brought them some biscuits, went to the couple in front of me for the 3rd time, then noticed I was sitting between the two couples and took my drink/food order, including a request (which she forgot so I had to ask another waitress for it). In all, it was 40 minutes from the time I sat down to when I got my food, with my blood sugar steadily dropping. When my food arrived, my sugar was getting dangerously low and never quite recovered to a normal level while I was there (a low level makes thinking a bit difficult). She never came back to refill my drink, only once asked if the meal was ok, never asked if I need anything else. The place was not overly crowded. I normally leave a good tip when I go out to eat; this time I left none."
