"The parkway diner is an unforgettable culinary experience. After in connecticut, where diners had once grown abundantly, it was refreshing to see how much the parkway diner kept the classic diner attack. all from the vintage refrigerators, stainless steel decoration, old time music and even the ketchup holder were in the thema with a classic vintage dinner. each detail has been taken into account. better yet, eating is all made of scratches and certainly not disappointed! great service, excellent ambiente, excellent eating! they could not ask for more in a culinary experience. very pleased this restaurant was revived in burlington. a must see if they are close to life or go through! I wonder if they'll make events so I can host a party there!?"

"The staff are excellent and know what they are doing. Helped me with 2 dozen bagels for the office. This place was buzzing, lots of people coming here, but the service is quick."

"The public house of the duke (unsafe name, not sure who duke is. is the restaurant/bar at the delta hotel in south burlington, wt (marriott bought the hotel in 2020 and gave it a facelift I guess. . the hotel is located directly at the departure 14e in south burlington and super convenient to any place you want/ need to get up here. the restaurant has a very limited menu (you can see it in the first picture). but all the things on him are very good. not complex, just good, fresh, real, well-designed eating. they can also see my gin and tonic with hendrick 's in this first picture. a moment about gin and tonic: they seem easy. they are almost always very badly executed. served either in the wrong glass (a gin and tonic should be in a tom collins class, as shown here or with flat tonic (undrinkable or both. at duke they use fever tree tonic. the best is there and the right glass. so my drink is always delicious and has blown. perfection. the restaurant has high seating, but is above all a huge, l shaped copper topped bar that is lovely. there are tvs and last night we had the NBA extensions on one and moana on the other. so, much. winning! the atmosphere, the service, in duke's is my ultimate sports bar experience. I would like to sit on a beautiful, airy, open, clean, slightly filled bar (the entire front wall is window with good drinks, good service, good eating and tvs. despite the very small menu, there are vegan options. the salate of the duke is vegan. the roasted marinated beet salad can be made vegan if they do not request any cream fraiche. these salads are thought to be a deer and are accordingly huge. other, non-vegetarian/vegan items come with very good kartoffels or fries or seasonal vegetables and they can only receive next orders. I like to call it, build their own vegetarian tapas! (I'm not sure if the fries are vegan. this caesar salad is perhaps the best I ever had in a restaurant. as I mentioned earlier, I love caesar salad, but it is quite always disappointing. not here. this crazy salat is so huge I was 't in the position to finish last night (I accuse my close to dead mother's day weeks experience and over the last of the baby germ death cold. excellent, crispy romaine salat cut into correspondingly biting pieces. only enough delicious dressing (i.e. not soaked with dressing). razes parm. I'm not a fan of crumbling, but that's in order. At some point, I think I'm not going to call a crumb. they can add a protein to their salate. I always add laughs and they make a nice job with the laugh. it comes perfectly crispy on both sides and piping hot. I didn't even put it on my salat, just eat it as a side. there is also a roasted salmon escape that I have ordered in pastness and is similar tasty, including the side of the kartoffels and seasonal vegetables. duke 's is a perfect example of how they can do something in the food industry that is simple, but also very well oriented. you don't have to serve everything on earth. Do they do what they do really well and I will show up when I get a big gin and tonic and giannis on a tw and moana on the next! I really think there are places for many restaurants like duke 's out there in the larger world."

"Good wasn't completely terrible, but the service wasn't very good. The place was very crowded, full of old people, and there seemed to only be two waitresses working the entire restaurant. It just wasn't very efficient."
