"Slower service than usual today- no recognition from the 2 girls saying thank you for waiting, or no we will be with you shortly while I was waiting. Ordered nothing had to leave.Last visit the zesty toast was poor flavoring, basically avocado thrown on toast. I could have made way better at home."

"Our food tasted great. I ordered the Curry Chicken and Apple Croissant (organic chicken breast, house curry, currants, $20.00) and it was phenomenal. The curry was well seasoned. The croissant was wonderfully buttery. It truly is a delicious recipe! My one complaint is that it’s rather messy. I couldn’t take a bite without half the inner goods spilling out. The coleslaw was mildly sweet and paired well with the croissant. My husband dined in the Rachel (black pepper roasted turkey breast, swiss, coleslaw, thousand island, sourdough, $21.00) and thought the bread was a little too greasy for his liking. He also found the sandwich difficult to eat without it falling apart. Nonetheless, it’s a great sandwich with plenty of fresh ingredients and yummy tastes. The side of chips he chose were addicting! Our bartender and waiter were super friendly, patient and informative. The drinks came out fast and full every time. We visited around 2:00-3:30 so the restaurant wasn’t very crowded. The seats at the tables were very comfortable."

"Nice but bland. Very relaxed atmosphere during our visit at 2pm Thu afternoon. Inside, most of the tables were in use, but I don't know why, because the decor is not special, and the lovely patio was empty and it's so much nicer to sit between beautiful petunias at 72 degrees with a light breeze. We did not try any lunch options, had coffee and pastries instead. Those disappointed, though. Despite looking really tempting, the taste was consistently average, cream and butter focused, and not taking advantage of the theme. The tiramisu had a light coffee and liqueur touch but not enough to make it compelling. Key lime Tarte was pretty good, with the lime almost balancing the heavy butter theme. Almond Huckleberry Tarte (flourless) got me to embark on an expedition to find the huckleberry, and I eventually succeeded, but it wasn't enough to provide a pleasant taste beyond the marzipan. Coffees (almond joy and snowball) were creamy, comforty, and nothing else, quite boring. Is this what the typical customer here wants? You can really do better for the steep price."
