"Your waitress Noxolo Nxumalo gave us such good service on Tuesday the 15/8. We stopped over for a drink before meeting friends at another restaurant for dinner. She was friendly, but professional, funny, but tactful, and very caring. Your other staff can learn from her. She will the the main reason people return to your restaurant."

"We have eaten here a couple of times over 3-4 years. We always had GREAT food and GREAT service. This week we had pizza and pasta and then the seafood platter and the sangria. The food is fresh, best seafood, best salad, best pasta, everything is perfect and then the staff deserves a compliment too. Even though it is busy most of the time, they are attentive, polite, gives suggestions when you ask for it and just overall caring. Cannot fault them at all. The manager/owner comes by every table to check on everyone. We have to give them 5 stars for food and service, based on our experiences here of more than 5 times over 4 years! Oh and the location and few is just an absolute BONUS!!!"

"Lovely, varied menu focused on fresh Asian flavours. A lot of the food was on the expensive side, but the bang bang noodles I got were delicious and generously-portioned. They had a very unique take on Pad Thai, which I did not enjoy as much as the bang bang noodles. The wraps were a bit on the smaller side, but also very tasty, particularly the falafel one. They had a 50% special on cocktails so we tried their mojitos, which I though were average and not very cold. Service was okay, and I think ambience would be better during the evening. Keen to come back to try their sushi and tapas."

"I am a huge fan of Nu. Having studied in Cape Town, I visited the green point Nu more times than I should have on my student budget! So obviously I was excited when I learnt that they were coming to my home town Durban! I have been a couple times in the last few weeks and I must say the food is up to the standard of their Cape Town branches. However, the service is lacking. When full, there are often dirty tables and you have to ask for dirty plates to be removed. Today they forgot to make my breakfast order and after asking twice, it arrived when everyone at my table had finished their food. Other than this, their food and smoothies are terrific. Favorites are the protein flapjacks, the hearty wrap (they have gf wraps for R15 extra! and the blueberry riefer smoothie!"
