"Their food is good, but they need a better ordering system. Placed a order online and came to pick it up. When I got to the counter, the girl said Oh, this order. We havent started on it. Really?? So what 's the point of placing a order online. I could 've drove over and placed the order in person and probably would 've got it sooner. Irritating. *Ordered bison burger and a few other items. Supposedly the burger comes with side Arugula salad and pickle spear. All I got was the burger. For 13.95. I don 't have time to drive back and let them know. Next time if I do order, will definitely wait to tip. Ridiculous*"

"I keep track of all my reviews; don't bother deleting it again. Pandemic era review: Good food; I wish it came with more (I eat a lot . Lots of menu items to choose from. Fresh baked goods. Scooped ice cream available. Outdoor seating available. If you're new, type in your phone number for reward points; get a free coffee when you sign up. Pricing is average for Whittier. Okay view. Waiters are decent but they forgot an item when I left. I came back since I was nearby; they had the rest of my order waiting. The pastrami sandwich comes with a hefty amount of pastrami, very tasty!!! The carne asada fries were great, but I really wish it didn't come with sauce. I think it would be great without the zesty sauce. Maybe grill the steak with some fresh pepper and it'll be fine : even better, grind a bunch a from pepper corns over the entire dish "

"I've been eating here since high school. It's so authentic and good. Best and most authentic asada fries hands down. The owner remembers me even after 16 years and his greetings make me feel like I never left. I'm so happy they've expended into the entirety of the building and it's always busy. Will continue coming here as long as I live."

"The idea is pretty cool. It 's a meat shop but then the freezer door opens and it 's a restaurant. The pictures on the wall are black and white copies of celebrities framed. The women 's bathroom is in direct line of sight with the dining area, which is awkward. The seats are too close together and hard to walk through. The staff is amazing and sweet. Food is also amazing. It 's very expensive considering the area. Avocado toast is 12 bucks. Overall cool spot"
