"If it is supposed to be a fast food place 22 minutes from order to recieve the food. No apologie from the Clerk or the Manager. I will never go to this place ever again. I get why people get upset. I threw there food out if it takes you that long probably going to get food horrible. And it was.The worst place ever."

"Came in with my husband and 2 small children and was basically ignored for about an hour at one point the waitress finally came over and got our drink order and we had gotten 2 beers, she then brought those and said she 'd be right back which was at least 20 minutes later, I think she forgot about us because we saw her talking with other staff and looking at her cellphone, in hindsight we should have left. We finally ordered and by the time we got our food my son had fallen asleep because it had been so long the cheese curds were giant and weren 't fully cooked and the Irish rolls were all cabbage. We will not be back."

"First time here, wasn't disappointed. Got the Honey Old Bay Wings and Loaded Tots, both insanely good (and the wings didn't have honey overdone like so many others do BIG W here). Tried the Corn Dogs also excellent. Crispy outside, soft and well balanced inside. The only fault was the Stromburrito a cross stromboli/burrito that is good in theory but in execution very wet and the bottom was sogging through. Not enough to hurt the score, but wouldn't recommend. Service was immaculate. Carrie was nice, attentive, got our order perfect and food was out quickly. Refills on drinks were consistent and she cleared off dirty dishes quickly. One other knock tried both dining and bar restrooms. Dining was spectacular, bar was not. Smelled of urine, hard to even be in. Would have given 4 based on this, but Carrie was so far and away outstanding that she kept it at 5. Will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes. Great atmosphere (complete with beach volleyball out back, plenty of TVs for sports watching) good patio, overall fantastic experience. "If you dine in here, be prepared to spend a few hours. The first hour was spent waiting for a table, fortunately the retail area was entertaining so we didn't really notice. Once we were seated, it took over two hours for us to receive our entres mypartner's steak was cooked perfectly, but mine was a hockey puck (ordered medium well, came out grey); my eggs also were burnt.The grits were watery and bland. The sausage gravy tastes greasy, but the beef gravy isn't bad. The manager compensated us witha free dessert. Good service, not very good cooking, very very long wait. Probably won't be back."
