"It 's nice to be back at The Pub after our second covid 19 vaccinations and waiting period, it was nice to dine in again! The food was great, as it has been in the past. The beer (and cider on tap was also excellent. Tonight 's music was the only thing dragging down the evening, as they were playing angsty rap, which just doesn 't seem to fit with a bar full of TVs showing various sports. I hope that was a one off event. We 'll give it another try (maybe not on a Monday? and hope for either better music or TV audio. [Months, and boosters, and variants of the virus pass] Things are pretty much back to normal. No masks, sitting inside, rock n roll music oh yeah! Things are back to normal. The food, beer, and cider are all at their usual excellent standards (and actually, multiple ciders on tap tonight for my wife. The Mushroom burger and the fish and chips (tonight 's dinner were both done to perfection. The fries and fish were deep fried to a crispy but not greasy level. The burger was just right. I wish I could tip the cook separately, as he deserves a bonus for always making great food."

"First of all, the food was excellent. Wife and I both had salads, which at most restaurants are rather pedestrian, but these were amazing. Probably more importantly, however, was our server Cecelia (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) She was always available, but never intrusive. Very efficient. In an atmosphere where everyone was scurrying around (they were exceedingly busy) she was calm, cool and collected. As a restaurant manager myself, I could tell she was an excellent multi tasker. She was amazing."

"We were staying just down the street for a one night stay for a concert at the fairgrounds and decided to stay close for our dinner so we could have drinks and enjoy ourselves. We love breweries and this place had outside seating where we could enjoy the beautiful summer weather so it was perfect. I wasn't in a beer beer mood so I had a blueberry comso and oh my did they go down easy! So fruity and refereshing! For food we had the coconut shrimp (it was a meal) and the classic club which the Mr loved! One odd thing it is really odd how you have to go out a tiny gate and back through the main entrance to get inside the restaurant if you need to go inside very odd. I am not sure why the design didn't include an entrance off the patio. Oh well still worth it! Service was average but the food and drinks made this 4 stars. We would visit again if we were in the area."

"I love Taco Johns taco Tuesday..! But sometimes I can't eat my lunch until later. They are so helpful, that they that they prepare my tacos ala-cart! Just so I can heat and eat them later. Now that's good customer service! Oh and I LOVE their tacos!"
