"Our family soggy wings and our children cold Mac n' cheese were not worth a picture.. Due to the appearance of management and employees, this place is much over micromanaged and the menu selection is really not on today's standards of health. "We had called to place an order as we were leaving Nebraska Furniture Mart towards home. The girl who answered the phone stated I needed to use the App to place an order. I told her I was driving and could not use the App as I was talking to her and could just place my order as humans talking to humans. She could not grasp that concept. So I hung up and called Buffalo Wild Wings who took my order over the phone like a human being. I then called the Pluckers store the next day to tell my story. They were going to send a card to make up for the issue. Never got the card. It's to bad because I love the Pluckers Wing product, but their customer care skills really are lacking. UPDATE. I sent an email to dwhite and still heard nothing. At least you guys are consistent. UPDATE: Spoke with Jessica who was very nice about the issue. Got my gift card and will give them another try."
