"Went out for a Sunday dinner we choose Applebee's. We ordered an appetizer and drinks which were both good. For dinner we order a bacon burger and a mushroom burger. Both arrived about 20 minutes later, the bacon burger was a potato bread not a bun and the mushroom burger the bun was charred black. The waitress said they kitchen had just run out of brioche buns, so they substituted with bread. I said to the waitress what makes this worse is we weren't advised of the shortage until the meal arrived at the table. A guy whom I presumed was the manager wasn't very pleasant asked what he could do? I said if I want a sandwich, I would have ordered one and if we hadn't just ordered another drink we would leave; we definitely won't be back. The waitress did what she could she said the manager would only discount our meal by $5.00 (why bother! , the kitchen and manager were an EPIC FAIL!"

"My family wanted to enjoy a meal in a booth by the window and was told that we weren't allowed to sit outside of the bar area, because the waiters don't want to walk all the way out there. I pointed at another family sitting at a booth by the window and asked why they are allowed to but we are not. The waitress threw her hands up and repeated herself saying we aren't allowed to sit anyways besides the bar area. We sat and ordered food and the fried pickles we ordered were not the crispy pickles they use to be and they were only like 8 pickles. (Being generous) . Worst experience and food ever. Will not being going to BWW ever again because of this store."

"Ordered a few sandwiches and sides on the grubhub and one of my Freak-Burgerpatties was in the middle raw, barely spiced and rubbery. the whole thing was soggy and sloppy. I couldn't finish it. If I finally get food poisoning, it'll be crazy. 2 stars cuz the rest of the food was good. they do not defeat."
