"As it was born in the city, it draws me at regular intervals, even in memory of the jamsessions of the then Rodaer washboard chapel (later jenaer oldttimers, koch: klaus schneider) to the weihertal mill. closer to the removal of the pandemic measures was to offer this hospitable house on 13.06.21 with friends a new visit. to make it short, it was a solid for sense and palate. as a hobby cook I let myself formulate that I have found such a skillful, personalized note of the cook on my teller at the served diners only in a few restaurants. the whole was rounded off by a charming with attentiveness and ease offered service. with these gifts we experienced a wonderful journey into the idyllic inheritance.
