"We had never heard of the restaurant despite it being three blocks from my office and being sconnie supper club lovers. I mean, it doesn’t have the price tag of the back woods but the menu and presentation are legit. Definitely steakhouse atmosphere but enjoyable. The relish tray was great, the grasshopper was great. My only complaint was the Ny strip wasn’t as tender as I had hoped for wet aged. Service excellent. Will repeat."

"Had a lovely dinner here over the weekend. Food was delicious; drinks were too. Loved the entertainment: we would return just to hear and see them. Excellent! Service was top-notch. Loved the location of the restaurant just off the pool. Only tough part is parking for those of us driving over. Do yourself a favor and just park at Hyatt Centric a few blocks away first and then walk to Surfjack: the restaurant will validate a good portion of the charge. Enjoy!"

"Great restaurant with a menu that changes daily with the availability of the foods in the area They forage for ingredients and the chefs are happy to accommodate any food restrictions I’m vegan and I had a wonderful vegan mushroom medley risotto, fresh sourdough bread made vegan, and a tasting platter consisting of grapes, hummus and babagonoush"

"This place is everything you want it to be and more. My dream bar. Relaxed, low key vibe with plenty of seating and friendly service. You can have an intimate night without feeling overwhelmed. And now to the drinks! There are 80+ cocktails from every era and enough variety for everyone. We tried a couple of different ones and I loved both. I wish i lived closer to Austin, I would be a frequent visitor. But I will definitely be visiting every time I'm in the area. P.S. make a reservation and don't wait."

"The place is pretty. We tried to go early and still had a wait. So definitely try to go on off busy days or super duper early. The food is pretty okay- not better than Fahrenheit. The salmon is super fishy and small, I am little and was hungry after… and the burger is basic as heck. The calamari was good but not nearly enough sauce. Service was amazing. But everything else lacked connection to what we paid, we ordered a Manhattan and it was wonderful and the second came at 3/4 full. ?"
