"If you are looking for a serious, hard apple wine connoisseur, don't look in my direction. I don't know a team. However, down in Paso Robles, Jamie W. and I strolled in Tin City, an industrial craftsman marketplace, and went into this cave irrigation hole with nary a feeling of what tannins were and what kind of acid ciders needed. I don't know, we were just thirsty. The place was empty except the bartender. Since we had no preferences or preferences about cedar, we thought our safest bet was to share the four apple flight for $20. Our decisions were completely random. The Poly Dolly was the lightest, described as a mixture of 80% cider and 20% rose wine. Next was Crowded House, a hard cedar co fermented with blackcurrants. Then the appropriately named slammer that fermented a hard cedar co with passion fruit, guava and orange came into a potent tropical elixir, slightly our favorite of the four. The latter was cousin Eddie, the hardest cedar fermented with cinnamon, nutmeg and carnations, which became a holiday stamp with a stroke. The pattern glasses were generous and surprisingly we did not crash out of the square. CIDER 4 stars...good variety of fermented flavors, but still not a cider connoisseur AMBIANCE 4 stars...a huge space made for big gatherings SERVICE 3 stars...efficient, if not that busy with cedar novices INSGESAMT 4 stars...if you are thirst in Tin CityRELATED explore the central coast of California?
