"Appeared short staffed? our waitress was running food, taking orders and bussing tables. So be patient. Bring your phone because everything is ordered through their app. You must tip close out each time before receiving food drinks. Service was initially very fast great. And then it wasn?t. Waited over 20 mins for drinks even though they were sitting at the bar handoff for over 15 mins. Waters were never refilled. Ordered the octoberfest burger medium, and it came out lukewarm and well done ???????????the sauerkraut was weirdly dry and crispy. But the fried pickles we started with were hot cooked perfect so who knows. I understand the reasoning for mobile ordering but I personally am not a fan. Tables were left dirty for quite sometime due to lack of staff I assume. Many staff members pulling down masks while talking hovering over unserved food beverages. It?s a tough time for service workers and I understand that, so it is what it is and we tried to be patient. Game area wasn?t too busy lots of hand sanitizer stations available. ?Prize? area was very understocked."

"This place was nice and I was hoping for a Williamsburg feel. Although the atmosphere left you feeling colonial the food overall was okay. I have had better fish and chips at a bar. The flourless chocolate torte was the highlight of the dining experience and as much as I wanted to be impressed, this was average at best. Service was okay and I felt as though it was missing a true colonial feel and food from the era quality. Food: 3"

"I’ve been here twice so far and I’ve noted it seems quite slow for the lunch hour. Maybe that’s normal but I would have expected more people. The food is good but I gave it only four stars because nearly every dish has meat in it and the vegetarian options were almost zero. The service is good and I love the fact you can pay the bill from your seat rather than waiting while you flag down a host."

"The selection of food and menus was really good. it was well explained by our waiter and he made it easy to understand. there is an interesting mix of oysters, fresh chowder, seafood, Japanese and Chinese dresses. the all in' selection was worth it if there were 4 or more of them. all seafood tasted very fresh. no imitation here! my wife loved her special bloody mary drink. our waiter dane was very attentive to our needs and visited us often. our table enjoyed its service and its friendliness very much. highly recommended."

"Service was terrible. Drinks brought after food and food took an hour at least to get. Except one item which came out at least 30 min before everyone else’s food. Service was super slow. Requested booth on reservation and then given table as I watched the walk in in front of me be given the last booth. This was for a bday and cost me $320 for crappy service. Never will come back."
