"The food is good but the service is terrible. Understaffed? <br>

The first visit was with my boyfriend. We ordered truffle fries, bacon rolls, salpicao tender and tocino fingers. The bacon roll we liked, our rice dishes were ok and the fries were too expensive for what it was. It took a while for the food to be served. Servers seem distracted. <br>

The second visit was with friends. A group of young adults. They didn't give us the free pretzel sticks or whatever it was called (ALL tables had these except ours) until we complained. My friend got angry and complained because we had to call them three times and they replied "wait" three times with a wave of the hand. It was rude especially since they didn't do that to the older customers. We ordered Philly cheesesteak pizza, blackened chicken alfredo pasta, volcanic bun, and beef belly short plate. The food was good but took a while to be served. <br>

I want to go back to try the other food but hope the management do something with the servers."
