"Back to front; the lemon and coconut gluten free sponge cake was the best ever. Homemade cake coeliac heaven. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived by the owner and their understanding of and varied offering of gluten free fare was confidence building. Settled on a large jacket spud with Tuna Melt topping and my non coeliac wife went for the home made quiche which she raved about for days afterwards. Always a good sign to see lots of locals/regulars coming in. Many were known by first names proving how good the customer service is and how well established they are. Nothing was too much trouble. Truly the best of Bexhill."
