"Love this place! Dishes are very generous and tasty. The Nabiyaki Udon comes piping hot and full of goodies. Order the tempura on the side to get it with the dipping sauce. The Chicken Yakisoba is huge and comes on a searing hot plate. Shareable and very generous with meat and ... well, all of the ingredients! The staff are very friendly and responsive. Unlike its predecessor, Sushi Garden, that always feels short staffed, this place I can always get service right away whether it’s a refill of hot tea, or taking my order promptly. The place always seems to be full, even on a Monday night."

"I ordered from this restaurant to skip the dishes. I said I was a celiac and asking if they could prepare my food safely. They assured me that they could and that there was no gluten in the vinegar. I called back after I had placed my order to mark it as strict gluten free. They called me shortly after an article I ordered contain gluten and they exchanged it with a GF article. I ate 3 cones and a role and felt very safe and was not sick. I would order them again!"

"Great food and excellent service! I love classic Japanese operated sushi restaurants... and this is one of them... it is hidden in the this little commercial strip in the residential area but it is a must go especially if you are a sushi lover! Fresh fishes prepared perfectly with a sushi rice that is flavourful but not overpowering. Both the fish and rice break apart in your mouth creating a balanced taste. Come and try for yourself... love how they give you a pack of pocky sticks to take home!"

"Bay Sushi Cafe Express is located on Seymour St, Vancouver Downtown. The location is right across the street from Granville Skytrain Station and The Bay. It is a small restaurant and there are only couple tables there. There are many people having lunch and dinner at this small restaurants. Some of them even took the food to go. I’ve been to this place for lunch couple times. The first impression of this restaurant is that it always has a huge lineup waiting for order the food. The second impression is the food comes out very fast. When I came here for lunch, the food was always fresh and well cooked. The prices of the food were also cheaper with the large portion. It is a great Japanese fast food restaurant."

"North Vancouver has It's fair share of restaurants, and I must say, some are the best anywhere. Take for example Sushi Station, a Japanese style experience that will have you coming back for more. Family owned and operated. The master chef, Mr. Kim knows his stuff. You have to make Sushi Station a destination whenever you visit North Vancouver. The portions are large, the service is excellent and the taste will knock you out. Mmmmmmm"
