"My family and I loved coming here, but my mother and I left today and had the worst experience we ever had in any place of business. My mother and I had ordered a Patty melt and a separate order of Pommes. The restaurant automatically splits the patty melt without asking us and brought out 4 separate plates with one item on each plate. When we got our cheque, we saw that they accused us of division, what we never asked. We asked to talk to someone and that when the owner came. She started yelling at us, stealing us because we used silverware, and then began harassing us for drinking water, using these insults and harassment to us as an excuse to justify us a plate-splitting fee. She then went and started to go the restaurant to various customers who make fun of us to them. She then came back to our table with her son, and both began to harass us and shout more. We then went to pay our bill, and the harassment continued, and then began to make strange faces to us and screaming at us in Gibberish, like a child, put their thumbs in their ears and waved their fingers to us. My mother went back to our waitress to tip her as the waitress was very polite to us, and the cook called to my mother out of the kitchen to “make up, we don’t want your kind here, and stop harassing my waitress.” When my mother and I came into our car, the owner flew out of the building and began to knock on our windows and kick our car tires while he still shouted Gibberish at us and made us more faces. We will never come back here again, and I strongly recommend no one here. Or if you do, don't ask a single thing. I want to add something else when my mother asked the owner if she was really willing to lose a whole family over $1, the owner said in a really sniffy tone “I’m not interested, so what!”"
