"I went to Papi Crudo's to try their $7US cheeseburger/fries special and was truly impressed. It's a thick, 1/2 lb, hand-formed patty that was cooked exactly how I wanted it. It was topped with two types of shredded cheese and came with the usual tomato, lettuce, pickles and onion on the side. The bun is not too thick so you're enjoying the burger more than the bun as it should be, however, the bun was very tasty as well. I opted for the potato salad (which was very good) instead of the fries. The owner, David Moorhead, has a serious background in the restaurant business which explains the excellent quality of the food at Papi Crudo. A must try place when you're in Cabo..."
