"Dined in Tuesday afternoon on a pretty slow day. After sitting down I saw a rat two tables down from me. I told the server and all he said was “yeah we do have a rat problem”. I get that we’re in New York but he seemed to not care/had no sense of urgency to move us. We did end up moving upon my request and our drinks were great. Our food was okay but after we finished eating we waited almost 20 minutes until I had to go up to the server to give him my card instead of him giving me the bill. On a SLOW day! I’m also a server so I understand the burnout of the job and the boredom of a dead shift but it does not hurt to try to be attentive. Please look elsewhere in White Plains for a better dining experience."
