"At the last visit to a cosmetics studio in Leverkusen, I saw that the employees got salad. Since this, even for me as a “meat-eating plant”, looked very good, I naturally observed where the salad Bringer went. He didn't have to go far, but he went forward. Casa Ducale After I was able to convince myself again on their Facebook page of the look of the dishes, a test visit was of course due. So I was there the weekend and ordered me the salad I saw. The *Insalata Capricciosa*. There was baguette bread with a herbal dip, which was a successful entry. It didn't take long to get my salad. Interestingly, the service wanted to put the pizza and my accompaniment the salad. Seems to be the usual roll distribution!? Then I could finally try... and I must say this salad could make me a regular salad. It was very tasty and will be included in my food program. Also a piece of pizza I could taste was very delicious. There are also noodles and various other things. Also an ice selection. The Casa Ducale is top, and has earned the 5 stars full... : This is all really clean and the staff friendly and attentive. "Wer einmal bei Franco gegessen hat, kommt wieder. Per Zufall hatten wir dieses kleine italienische Familien Restaurant in Köln Dünnwald (rechtsrheinisch) gefunden. Nun sind wir Stammgast, wenn wir in Köln sind.Franco aus Apulien kocht, Frau Marie aus Haiti macht die Salate und Sohn Carlo bedient.Eine Speisekarte gibt es nicht. Franco schreibt jeden Tag auf die Tafel was er empfehlen kann. Alles wird frisch zubereitet. Manchmal muss man deswegen auch etwas warten.Ich begann mit einem fantastisch leckeren Vorspeisenteller aus italienischen Antipasti (gegrillte Aubergine, gebratene Paprika, Vitello tonato und mehr). Meine Frau schwärmt immer noch von Carpaccio di Tonno. Dazu Francos selbstgebackenes Brot, das allein schon einen Besuch Wert ist.Auch wenn ich kein Kaninchen Fan bin, habe ich mich an die Ligurische Pasta mit Kaninchen Ragout gewagt. Ich musste meine Meinung ändern. So eine delikate Zubereitung habe ich noch nie gegessen. Die Ravioli mit Ziegenkäse und kararmelisierten Zwiebeln waren fast noch besser.Zum Desert dann noch Panna cottta und einen Espresso, wie er besser nicht sein kann.Was will man mehr.Ach ja, der Wein kommt auch aus Apulien. Negroamaro oder Primitivo von guter Qualität gehören dann auch dazu.Leider macht Franco nur noch von Mittwoch bis Sonntag abends auf. Besser vorbestellen."
