"We just came here for a night cap after a concert and this was the closest place in pouring rain. I was pleasantly surprised! When we came in the hostess said we had 15 minutes to order food but the bar tenders were taking food orders the entire time we were there. We had the club sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese. Both were really good! Drink service was great!"

"What the heck happened? I have visited this restaurant a few times (the last time about years ago). The service, food, and overall visit this time was horrible. The waiter we had didn't seem to know much about the menu. Frankly, he seemed disinterested in even working there. The steak (New York Strip) was not special at all. It tasted like a steak at any average restaurant and was much more expensive. The mac cheese was over-cooked. We even had following night reservations at St. Elmo's but decided to cancel that reservation based on the terrible experience we had at Harry Izzy's. I do not ever plan to return to this restaurant. I will miss the days when it was a preferred dining venue that lived up to its hype"

"Simply amazing! We dropped in while on a @bandsofamerica grand nationals trip- and this is a MUST STOP! I got the burnt cheeseburger on a pretzel bun. My kiddo got a grilled cheese and sweet potato fries that taste like they are covered in a toasted marshmallows. We demolished our meal and we will be back!! GREAT FOOD. Quality and locally sourced ingredients!"
