"Without being served. The service in this place is at best abysmal. Shortly after the traditional lunch hour. The patio was completely empty and there were some open places in the dining area. Waited 5 minutes until the hostess stood back to the hostess to show us to a table. Wait for a server at the table for 30 minutes. I tried in vain to mark one down. It became clear that we are not served. Another table of four next to our table was sitting before our arrival. No server visited the table. After 35 minutes we went out. Nobody even told us when we got up and were gone. Needless to say, none of us will ever set foot again. I don't know what it's going to take for Alice Cooper to get from his duff and make some overdue employees changes to this place, but this place is a total embedding. Avoid this place at all costs."

"First impression is everything. Here's my first visit experience:The music, OMG!? Derogatory and very loud. A poor representation of such a nice place!As for the food, the catfish was seasoned to perfection but could be fried just a bit longer. Unfortunately, the cornbread muffin was nearly burned. The Dirty rice was dry and cold.Staff lagged and chatted as if there weren't any customers waiting on orders. Young lady at front desk proceeds to put on gloves, then, reached into her pocket and checked her cell phone while preparing to-go plates, cross contaminating from her phone directly to a cornbread muffin. Also, Cross contamination with serving utensils gathered and used from a single container instead of being placed within each specific side item. What if a customer's allergic to a particular side dish?It's a nice establishment. The setup is inviting and I personally love the green grass wall. There is definitely some work needed in both professionalism and safer food practices."

"Food and service were great during my visit in January 2022. I ordered a cheeseburger and pommes that were delicious. Aaron is a huge server. However, I would very advise management to let their employees know if a certain article is not in stock. I wanted a Mud Pie to dessert and they were out. The worst part of all is that Aaron (my server) didn't even know until he left to say the cook to make it. Hey Red Robin, do a better job to tell your employees what articles you have and what articles you don't have. Maybe the service would be more efficient and you didn't excite people like me to eat something you don't have. I come back every day, but management must be better what they have to eat and what they don't do."

"This place has to fight as things were normal again after Covid. We waited for 20 minutes before a server even took a drink order. We ordered 2 salads and a burger who took the time to get out. A table of 6 people sat 30 minutes after our arrival and they all eat before us. Frustrating and the pommes were old burned and terrible. I didn't want to wait for another hour."
