"On 3/15/22, I placed a lunch order online. I waited for an hour and a half for delivery and never received it. I called the store and asked that my order be canceled and a refund be issued, since I didn't know how much longer it would be. I had to go out to get lunch and when I returned my order was on my desk. My coworker said she found my food and drink outside!! There was absolutely no way I was going to eat or drink what was left behind. I assume that's why I wasn't given the refund I requested. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I order from this location quite often but that was certainly my last time. It's been 2 weeks and these people are refusing to refund my money. I was told via email the I would have to call the store and get a store credit. That is absolutely useless and unacceptable. Jimmy John's has the worst customer service I have ever experienced."

"Easy going, spacious, and pleasant environment. Mocha shake is fantastic, breakfast burrito wasn't nearly as good as what I was hoping for, but was tolerable. Would go again for drinks, probably not for food."

"We tried Buck and Badger before a show next door at the Overture Center. There's a bar room and a dining room. The ambiance is North Woods cabin with lots of light wood. The restrooms are shared with the Ivory Room in back.<br>

The bartender greeted us immediately when we walked in and then a waitress quickly escorted us to a table. She handed us the menus which I got a kick out of. The cover is a heavy wood panel which makes the menu seem like it will be large but really it's a small assortment of appetizers, sandwiches and entrees. For the most part, the prices seemed quite reasonable. There is a fairly extensive drink menu. Our server was friendly, though not always prompt.<br>

We weren't that hungry so we decided to just go for appetizers and had the cheese curds and boneless chicken wings. The cheese curds were excellent. A decent portion, light breading, gooey insides. We opted for blue-cheese dipping sauce rather than ranch and they were quite tasty. <br>

The boneless chicken seemed a little pricey for what you got. We ordered the smokey bbq and a side of blue-cheese. The BBQ actually came on the side rather than being on the wings itself which I was fine with. My partner felt the chicken tasted like processed nuggets but I felt it was OK. The menu said it came with carrots and celery which we had to ask for.<br>

I was not wowed by any of the food, but I did appreciate the ambiance, the friendliness, and for the most part the reasonable prices on the menu."

"I was surprised how good the food was, especially for the price. I ordered the veggie breakfast burrito and my boyfriend ordered the Mac. Both were very good. The burrito smelled really good when i cut into it. The only thing that was weird is that it didn't say it came with a side and they gave me a sausage, with a veggie burrito.... lol so i gave it to my boyfriend but apparently that was very good as well."

"I got there before 11a on a Sunday and was told they're no longer serving breakfast. The whole reason I went was for their advertised breakfast, but I decided to give their lunch a try anyway. It didn't take long to get seated. Be warned it is noisy, if you have anyone in your party who is sound-sensitive. It has a concrete floor, they play Americana 50s-ish music, and it's a casual environment where everyone speaks loud enough to be heard at their table over the music and"
