"Friendly staff. Clean toilets. I placed my order before the time and had to wait about 10 minutes for my order after arrival. I was a bit confused when I arrived because most locations have a shelf for orders, which they do not. Instead, they keep the online orders cooled behind the counter. That's really pretty cool."

"Some of my favorite stuff really amazing. They have fresh meat that they cut before you. I've never had bread, fresh vegetables and they're huge subs. At this point they have a lunch special that is half a sub, bag of chips, and a pop for little over $8. I eat for lunch once a week. I would recommend and will be back."

"Customer satisfaction is not important at this Battle Creek Beckley road location! My child “believed” he asked for NO Mayonnaise or tomatoes, however was in decisive in front of the manager and I didn’t pay attention during the order. No, he didn’t lie and he said he was unsure. So, manager says “look at the board, it comes with mayoand tomatoes. You got what you ordered. There’s nothing I can do”. $12 sandwich in the trash. I should have double checked. I Wish I could see how my sandwich was being made and should have got a receipt. Because they don’t make mistakes at this location…. *until now, my family spent $100 150 a month $1,200 1,800) plus parties at jimmyjohns. Sad to lose my business for that. Summary, double check what you ordered against the receipt. Because they don’t make mistakes at this location. Never again, bitter for life UPDATED 8/3/22: Emailed owner and response was to give me a new sandwich but location mgr said they have people trying to get another sandwich by remaking yes, my kids $10 w/bacon went in the trash). Honestly, I’m still mad and haven’t been to any Jimmy Johns since. I can’t get over the way they treated my son and I. Again, no complaints over food quality."

"It was pretty good food wise. The portions for the price are alright and I got my fill and I'm a relatively big guy. The potato salad is great and the sweet sauce is fantastic. The mac n cheese is a little weird but not terrible. The service was also pretty good. The server was kind, pretty quick with getting stuff for our table even if we did sit outside. Everything was clean and tidy and I love the atmosphere with the large bar area. I would recommend eating here if you want decent local barbecue at a sit-down place. They also have take-out available."
