"What a nightmare...!!!!!!!!! We waited 4 hours! Order today 3 dinners.... Ridiculous! One would think that a BBQ restaurant on the 4th. July would be ready to handle the rush of one of the business days in their industry! I was the third person who wanted to order three dinners at 12:30. If the manager STOP orders two people before me... He stopped his employees from taking our orders to fill unpaid phone orders. We all (50 people) waited and watched him and his staff package and fill pre-orders for over 4 hours! We have constantly asked the manager and the employees if they were to take orders.... Just to say “we don’t know”.... It was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo badly managed and rude employees.... I won't be back...! EVER! It must have been at least 175 to 200 customers running away... While they filled orders that were not paid.... Finally, after the long wait, they decided to bring the water and soda line at 4:30. They began to resume orders at 4:45. Just to say that you can order and be charged for what you want, but we can't promise you to get it.... What? Get ready! They offered us a discount on the food that SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE! We finally got our order home and it's WRONG! GOOD GRIEF! My first time in this restaurant and I'm really disappointed! The food wasn't so great and I won't be back! I tried to give them a chance, so I waited sooooooooooooo long... Hoodie Award nominee... Huh! Get ready! Nightmare!"

"I had jimmy johns earlier, but never at this place. I ordered 3 big sandwiches. all three were missing in every sight. my had only two thin slices of roast beef, a piece of cheese that did not fill the rolls. I asked for mayo, senf, salat and gurke. the salate was almost not present and had only 3 gurken slices. when I opened the wrapper, it looked like a broth roll and nothing else. they could not see any of the ingredients. I will not return to this place."
