"Wow was I pleasantly surprised by this spot as I think it’s new owners and a previous business elsewhere that moved here and they are doing it right. I popped in quick to try their Jerk Chicken and see what it’s saying and it was authentic and amazing to say the least. I ordered the regular size but I think for a few dollars more I’d get the large next time as it was that good and even if you don’t finish it, it seems this food will hold very well till later on or the next day if need be. The Chicken was juicy and well cooked and fell off the bone and had some really nice flavour to it as well. The rice and peas were just right too and the coleslaw was creamy and blended into all the flavours perfectly. That might be one of the top 3 Jerk Chicken Dinners I’ve tried in Toronto and that says a lot because I’ve tried many and even in Jamaica as well and this ranks right up there with the best of them. I also grabbed a Spicy Beef Patty as well and it was nice and flaky and had good flavour as well. I’m sure I’ll be returning again to try some of their other dishes one day since I had a great experience today. Also the gentleman serving at the front was very polite and made you feel welcomed which is always a bonus. Keep up with the great work and flavours here and I’m sure everything will work out just fine"
